DAUREN BAGONBAYEVICH UTKELBAYEV, a Kazakh by nationality, was born on June 2, 1967 in Almaty.
In 1990, he graduated from the Karaganda Cooperative Institute with specialization in Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activities.
From August 1990 to August 1991, he was Deputy Chief Accountant of the Komsomol Sovkhozrabcooperative under Almaty Oblast Potrebsoyuz.
From August 1991 to March 1993 he worked for LLC Meyir as Deputy General Director for Production and then General Director.
From March 1993 to February 1995 he held the post of Chief of the General Department of the Kazakh Branch of Novosibirskvneshtorgbank, then Deputy Director of the Branch.
From June 1995 to February 1998 he worked in the capacity of a Leading Specialist for Finance at the State Communal Services Kazakhgas under the Ministry of the Oil and Gas Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From February 1998 he worked as Managing Director at Closed JSC Energocenter – Unified System – Kazakhstan and Managing Director at the Shymkent heat and power station-3.
From October 2000 he worked as Director of Almaty Logistics Enterprise Pochtasnab, from June of 2002 as Director of the Branch of Open JSC Kazpochta, Pochtasnab. In June of 2004 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of Board of JSC Kazpochta, and from February of 2006 he worked in the capacity of Deputy Chairman of Board.
From May 2007 to the present time he has been working as Chairman of Board of JSC Regional Financial Center of Almaty.
He has a license for the right to carry out brokerage operations on the securities market (issued by National Committee for Securities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Securities Market course), a qualification certificate for carrying out professional activities as a receiver (issued by the Ministry of public Revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Open JSC Agency for Reorganization and Winding Up of Companies). He took part in implementation of Kazakhstan-Russian projects in the petroleum and energy sectors; he’s a member of the working group of the Karachaganak oilfield development project.
At the 10 year anniversary of the city of Astana he was awarded the Astananyn10 Zhyldygy anniversary medal.

AIGUL NURSAINOVNA TASBOLAT, a Kazakh by nationality, was born on December 16, 1970 in Almaty.
In 1993, she graduated the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi with honors with specialization in history, while in 2000 the Higher School of Law Adilet, also with honors, as a lawyer.
Her professional carrier she started in 1993 at the State Privatization Fund under the State Committee for State Property of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a 1st category specialist of the PR Department. Later on, she worked in the capacity of Chief Specialist of the Analytical Department and Securities Department.
In 1995-1996 she held the position of Chief Specialist of the Financial and Economic Department at JSC KFS-Company.
In 1997-1999 she was Vice President, then President of JSC Securities Registering System.
In 1999-2006 she ran LLC C-n-D Express.
In 2003, she was involved in the working group, set up under the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on development of draft laws of the RK on Securities and the Draft Law of the RK on Joint Stock Companies.
In 2003-2006 she was Chairman of the Council of Directors at JSC Securities Registering System.
From April 2006 to May 2007, she ran the project of development of the single republican transfer and agent’s network on the basis of JSC Kazpochta. Later, she held the post of Deputy First Chief of the working group for selling stocks of JSC Kazakhtelecom through the transfer and agent’s network of JSC Kazpochta.
From June 2007 to the present time she has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Regional Financial Center of Almaty.

YERLAN ALIBEKOVICH ZHAZYKBAYEV, a Kazakh by nationality, was born on September 12, 1972 in Almaty.
In 1995 he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Construction and Architecture with specialization in Management & Business in Construction. In 1998 he was awarded the MBA degree at the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economy and Prediction (KIMEP).
From 1999 through 2007 he has been working at JSC Kazakhtelecom, holding various posts from Chief Economist to Director of the Project Finance Department.
From August 2007 through August 2010 he had been in the capacity of Director for Project Management of LLC Visor Holding.
From October 2010 he has been holding the post of Deputy Chairman of Board of JSC Regional Financial Center of Almaty.
