Today, the Stock Market of Kazakhstan: IPO on the KASE forum has started the first day of its work in Almaty. The forum is organized by the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (RFCA) JSC and Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) JSC under support of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, Kazakhstan Financiers Association LEA, and Asset Managers Association LEA.

27.01.2010 The RFCA Rating Agency for the first time awarded a rating to a Kazakhstani financial institution
For the first time among the ratings awarded to Kazkahstani companies and issuers, JSC RFCA Rating Agency (RFCA RA) awarded a rating to a financial institution. RFCA RA awarded the rating A3 and short-term rating P2 (negative outlook) to the debt instruments of the fifth issue under the 3rd Bond Program of JSC Kazakhstani Mortgage Company.
05.01.2010 RFCA Academy started training the health workers of Almaty in the English language
By order of JSC Regional Financial Center of Almaty, JSC Academy of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (RFCA Academy), in the framework of the events for preparation for the 7th Asian Winter Games Aziada-2011, will be training 80 health workers in the English language.
23.12.2009 RFCA ARA and KASE included the RFCA Rating Agency into the list of recognized admitted rating agencies
At 10:30am on December 23, 2009 at the Kazakhstan Press Club in Almaty.
JSC RFCA Rating Agency (RFCA RA) had come through the procedure of recognition by the Listing Committee of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), and was included into the list of rating agencies, the ratings of which are recognized by the Agency for Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (RFCA ARA). This was announced today at a press conference in the Kazakhstan Press Club.

As part of this agreement RAM Holdings acquires 15% stake of RA RFCA, announced senior representatives of these agencies at the special press-conference in the Kazakhstan Press-Club.
