For the first time among the ratings awarded to Kazkahstani companies and issuers, JSC RFCA Rating Agency (RFCA RA) awarded a rating to a financial institution. RFCA RA awarded the rating A3 and short-term rating P2 (negative outlook) to the debt instruments of the fifth issue under the 3rd Bond Program of JSC Kazakhstani Mortgage Company.

The given rating means the high ability of the company to timely pay out the interest and principal on the given debenture bonds. However, the given ability can be affected to a certain extent by changing circumstances and the economic situation, other than in the case of the ratings with a more positive outlook.

The bonds were issued to the amount of 8 billion Tenge with a maturity of 6 years. The type of the bond is a collateral registered coupon bond.
